It'd be swell if people just stopped talking trash and punching people. (I know, crazy utopian thoughts and all)

In any case having some situational awareness is pretty much the first line of active self-defense.

I never said they need it but I'm just not going to care much if the person taking the beating started the fight.

Maybe she'll think twice next time before starting something. Just like you may think twice before posting agenda driven videos from questionable twitters

It's funny...many people (almost always people who know little to nothing about private carry) believe that carrying just makes one more likely to engage in sketchy behavior. Granted that's the "squeaky wheel" principle with the media but literally everyone I know that carries says packing heat makes them much more aware of avoiding foolish confrontation.

You certainly have made it clear that you don’t care...whether a fair fight, 10 vs 1 or 20 vs 1...just get that beating....make a sport out of it.

Maybe she will...maybe she won’t. Maybe the next time her boyfriend starts knocking girls out? You never know. A pop to the face of one girl who runs up on another...doesn’t justify this...
