Yes, I know you believe that. I wasn't implying it was a contradiction. I was implying it was just arrogance and narcissism to the highest levels.
The system, which you never actually define in any quantitative way, is so oppressive that it holds down millions of people, but you are so exceptional that you beat the system. Now, instead of telling others how to rise above the system, you just attack the system because no one could be expected to beat it in any meaningful way like you did.
You could use your experience as evidence that there are not impenetrable roadblocks standing between black folks and success. Instead, you use your experience as evidence of how exceptional you are, and continue railing against the ill-defined racist system. Just thinly veiled narcissism.
Obviously the freedom here laid the groundwork for you to have success, but I don't have any intention to convince you of something so obvious. I hope you understand that an ideology that attempts to explain 100% of everyone's failures will also explain 100% of everyone's success. You just have to play the game long enough to be taken from the category of "oppressed" to the category of "oppressor".
