If schools were so willingly open to doing it that way, we’d all have had Admiral Ackbar as the Ole Miss mascot.

Their first mistake was doing away with Col Reb. I dislike Ole Miss immensely. Even moreso nowadays with he whose name must not be spoken as their HC.

All that being said, Col Reb was cool.

SC's 2001 entrance is kind of cool, but one of the funniest parts of going to a SC game is the roar of the crowd as the dude in the foam chicken suit appears from behind a shower curtain and has a seizure with bad pyro. It looks like a bad pro wrestling entrance.

Honestly, that is BAD and I mean REALLY bad, and I love the state of South Carolina. But first wave white flags and now this? Embarrassing.
