Yea, I would be curious as to what they may be doing differently that makes mass shootings so rare there.

That would be a good case study. Also a comparison between the Philippines and the US since gun ownership is quite common in PI and mass killings aren't.
I suppose having a more traditional society that's not so medicated would make a difference, but I'd really like to see a good study.

And sometimes if you don't. Rule of law isn't so prevalent there.
PI has crime and killings but mass shootings are very rare.
