Bigger and faster, i suppose thats not as easy as it sounds. How do you get bigger and faster? I mean I know how you get bigger, eating and supplements, but what kind of training do you do to make you faster?

Probably weight-resisted speed training. Running a 40 with a weight vest or parachute is usually the best way to do this, and also running tires to keep the feet mobile.

u are a very luck man and should take advantage of what god has given u.

keep ur head high and stay out of trouble and u will be a very rich and happy individual. good luck dre.

well... the trainer is going to work with every player to get the speeds down and i am doing the tennesse workout everyday and it is helping me. Coaches tell me i have one of the biggest legs and calves they ever seen and that will help me in the future, and the coaches like my broad shoulders too. I still haven't grown into my body yet so it will be exiting to see how i will turn out at tennessee
