"Yes, I would say so. I love college sports, even more than professional sports. But it does not take a genius to figure out the NCAA is a Yankee controlled Northern institutuion.
Take the number of probations and sanctions handed out the football teams of the Southern Eastern conferance and compare them in number and how severe they were with the sanctions handed out in say, the Big 10/11.
Do you think the NCAA will even lift a finger against Ohio State, even though Maurice Clarette admitted that school is involved with illegal activities?
Compare what penalties were handed to the Michigan basketball program for buyin the fab 5 and a national title in the early 90s, can compare that to the penalties handed to the University of Alabama in 2002 for allegedly buying one player for about 1/6 the dollar value that Michigan paid for the fab five.
Look at how light the NCAA went on Mississippi State this year with their penalties because they hired the first black head coach in the SEC, Slyvester Croom. Oh no, MSU gets a bowl ban this year...that really hurt."
Would y'all give this theory any substance?
