Anyone that tries to tie these Pastors to McCain and tries to say that it should affect his ability to be President is no better than the idiots calling Michelle Obama a racist, and saying that Rev. Wright has anything to do with Obama's leadership.

are you kidding me? It's a big deal on both fronts. If our president is brazenly anti-Islam, his approach in the Middle East will be decidedly different than otherwise.

I might be an idiot for calling Mrs. Obama and Rev. Wright racits, but you have yet to put forth anything to refute it (unless yo consider your cutting the most important part of her comments out then posting the rest as a worthwhile). Unless you have some information that validates another point of view, you appar to be the idiot.

What evidence is there that she's racist?

I could claim everyone in the world is racist, and you wouldn't be able to put forth anything to refute it. The burden should be on those calling her racist.

fyi, that's not where the burden falls in the race relations world. It always falls on the accused today.

Regardless, her comments were 100% based upon her perception of our nation's acceptance of her race. If that's her #1 criterion in evaluating our nation (and I have to take her at face value since she said it), then she's a racist. I don't have any other way to prove it. It's now her turn to refute it or renounce Wright in some way.

Did she call you and tell you what her comments were 100% about? Because if not, you are ASSUMING that's what they are about to fit your slanted agenda. I posted a video in the other thread of her saying what she said, and then talking about what she said. I want you to show me the racisim in it.

You could also show me a video of Hillary explaining how she was confused about sniper fire in Bosnia, too, but that doesn't make anything she said true.

And if she's such a poor speaker that she has to cal people to explain what she did not mean, she's far too incapable to be speaking in public and certainly warrants no defense.

Finally, I have yet to hear you defending Mr. Wright, who was apparently her choice as pastor. Guess I'm misunderstanding him too? Maybe Farrakhan has me confused or maybe all of this rolld together is coincidence. That's what it is. It's coincidence with a shot of (not yet vast) right wing conspiracy.

Or prevent others from thinking she meant something that simply wasn't there to begin with. A comment like this will be seen as racist if the one doing the interpreting wants it to be.

that's a very liberal thing to do: blame the silent bystander. I didn't say it and don't care one iota about Obama's wife. You know that I don't need any more reason to vote against him.
