No. We would need multiple 5 stars to jump Ohio State. They are likely to have the greatest recruiting class in history, unless they have decommits or the individual player rankings change.

If there is one thing that is guaranteed in recruiting it is we will have decommits and individual player ranking changes. That is why the avg ranking takes aren't even worth debating at this point. OSU is the only school that top end commits are comparable to ours right now. No one else is close to us and OSU.

We are down at about 9 or 10 on avg rating per player .. and the teams above us in avg have less committed but are in on alot of 4 and 5 stars .. so I expect we stay about 7 to 10 when all said and done ..

Yes but if we hang on to the 5 stars, about 5th place sounds about right. You can win championships with consistent top 5ish classes.

No matter what fictitious number this class ends up at. If we keep the guys we have committed and add Willis, Mondon and maybe Colson this class will be an elite defensive front 7 class and that is all that matters.
