Meanwhile in Syria

Indeed, Syria is merely swapping the devil for the witch. The US can do nothing to stop what’s coming over there, yet Biden is going to throw some money at them. Laughable.

Whatever Syria becomes will likely be an even worse version than Assad. It’s an Islamic caliphate in the making. It’s now a vacuum. We have no leverage and I suspect they, the next Syrian govt, will eventually get all cozied up with Iran once the dust settles. Russia, Iran, Syria 2.0, supported by China and NK…it’s all coming together, or we could say it’s all coming apart.

The U.S. has been funding and arming these groups for over a decade.

Can't read your link but I think WWIII has been going on since 9/11/2001. What's happening in Syria will just lead to more bloodshed.

It really started before that, after Gulf War I the U.S. military informed the President and Congress in the mid-90s that they didn't need all this budget especially cold war budgets nor systems like Abhram tanks, and similar systems. They questioned why the stance to Russia post-USSR. Basically, the U.S. military said all these cold war military weapons are no longer needed in Europe. It's about finding more wars to fight for $$$... since that time Afghanistan, Gulf War II, Libya, Syria, Yemen, Ukraine, etc. They would love to get Georgia, Romania, and probably Hungry into the mix.

The first sentence is all part of the Congressional Record in the 90s.

It's all about continuous war.

That's what I figured.
LOL

I figured you were stupid and can't use a search function, I was right. Any ******* can post LOL. Why would I engage if you are not working in good faith?

Heck, you probably could check out CSPAN or youtube for videos of it, I watched it live.... of course, classified briefings were also given.

The U.S. military briefed Congress that what they were doing would probably lead the U.S. to nuclear war and the weapon systems they were deploying to Europe were of no ****ing use i.e. we need to find a new war, new enemy, etc. The U.S. did get creative with the whole proxy war in Western Europe but the half-life on that seems to be rapidly depleting. Taiwan is not going to keep things going.

What is so crazy about any of this? The U.S. is by accident just falling into wars?

You are a troll, you are not here in good faith. LOL

Whoops the U.S. just fell into a new war in Syria, just after whoops we fell into coup in Libya, whoops we fell into a coup and proxy war in the Ukraine, whoops we fell into a war in Afghanistan, whoops we fell into a war in Yemen, whoops we fell into a war in Iraqi, whoops we fell into a war in Afghanistan, whoops we accidental paid and gave arms to the Taliban, whoops we accidental armed Taiwan.

Seems plausible, it's all by accident..... not a plan at all.

One can certainly point to that as the beginnings. The article is spelling out that everything going on in the region now, along with Ukraine and the increased cooperation between China, Russia, Iran and NK, is accelerating rapidly into its culmination of war on a much larger scale. At the tipping point, so to speak.

If we're not at the tipping point we're real damn close. Now I don't think the next major war will be nuclear, no money to be made in exchanging nuclear blasts. Might be some low yield tactical nukes used just to amp up the need for more control over the populace.

Do you have a link to back any of these theories up with data/information/context?

Do you wake up in the morning wondering how you're going to make a fool out of yourself or does it just come naturally?

Netanyahu did say the ME would be changed after the Hamas attack ...

From the article:

Israel is preparing for potential preemptive strikes on Iran's nuclear facilities, citing a rare strategic opportunity following the collapse of Syria's Assad regime and the weakening of Iranian proxies across the region. Military officials announced Thursday that the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) and Air Force are bolstering readiness for such operations, seeing a moment to disrupt Tehran's nuclear ambitions.

The fall of the Assad regime, a key ally of Iran, has dramatically shifted the balance of power in the region. Isolated and weakened, Tehran is expected to push ahead with its nuclear program as a means of restoring deterrence. While Iran has long denied pursuing nuclear weapons, evidence cited by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and U.S. intelligence suggests otherwise.
