A true union pipe layer never backs down from a challenge, whether it be a difficult pipe laying job or verbal abuse from those who oppose the brotherhood.

We should try to take the highroad whenever possible. The union should always appear as respectful and mature. Those who we lay pipe upon prefer having a mature man, in both experience and behavior.
