It's a pretty cool venue. Very unique.

The worst part is the people. Luckily for you, this game there won't be any insufferable Vandy fans.

I would buy the ticket. Enjoy taking over our rival's gym and one of the most unique basketball experiences without dealing with the stuck up fans that normally come with the territory.

For anyone with experience, Are the upper level baseline seats any good?
NO. Many years ago we attended the SEC Tournament there, & seats were in that area. Horrid sightlines, more like a storage attic. "Vandie garage" should be demolished. Their football & baseball stadiums also have awful sightlines for viewing games.

The people? Did all of Vandy’s 3 fans yell at you?

Haven’t looked it up, but I feel like Lofton had good games there. I know he hit one from dang near half court with his eyes closed, while fighting cancer, while holding a glass of sweet tea in his hand.

However, Vandy has had some decent teams in the past. Way past.
There's no way this one should be anything but a rout. Having said that, you know theVandy coaches and players are hearing how bad they are and that UT will do a take over and embarrass them. We can't go in there and play down to the competition. The longer they're in this one, the more their confidence will grow. A win vs UT in anything is a big thing to those folks. I'm not saying we'll lose, but we'd better show up ready to play. Put this thing away by halftime and take what little starch they have away. They had Bama sweating at Nashville so on any given day....

My sister's company had 4 tickets on the 2nd row baseline which she'd often give to me. Those Candy fans were some nasty thugs. They would ask to see our tickets and I'd say sure, then stick my hand in my pocket and pull out a bird (not the flying kind). They'd send the usher to check our tickets every time. :D Good times!

The upper level tickets are fine if you get the first 2 or 3 rows. I actually like sitting on the first row there.

I actually had forgotten. Haha
It was hysterical watching every player just Jack up a random three to try and keep the streak alive. They didn't care about making the score more respectable. This is the only video I found of that night. Best part is around the 2:03 mark when they actually made a three but the shot clock had expired. Hahahahaha

Steep! The nosebleed on the baselines are tough. Easily the worst seats in the house, but you're in the arena. Walk around, get some popcorn, watch from the lobby .

I'll be there Saturday.
Not the best place to watch a game, but any venue where my Vols are playing is a good thing.
I hope the mid state represents!
Neutral view with gratitude! I thought the spirit of George had infused our fanbase! 🤣
