GREAT game today. I really like the Freshman Witherspoon, he is going to be a good one. For the Players of Memphs Camp Cal starts Monday, enjoy that! Gtown got the payback from last year.

Fun game to watch, though some of the calls took away from the game. Refs were a little sketchy at times.

I hope Cal doesn't turn Tyreke loose like he did Wagner and just tell him to shoot at will. Hopefully over time he will learn a little better shot selection.

Other than the tip in, Dozier was almost non-existent.

Horrible shooting day for most of the Tigers, especially AA and Mack.

Again, Kemp is such a disappointment.

The defense and rebounding kept them in this one though and those are two things that will keep you in most games.

Exciting game though. :rock:

Taggart was the only bright spot imo . Tyreke was out of contol and our guards ecspecially AA sucked on offense.:no:


Still not a bad showing on the road against a ranked opponent.

Tyreke has made vast improvements with every game. Giving it up on the break especially. After Camp Cal, you will see him drive and dish more. Something he didn't do at the end of the game. Seemed to force it, even though plays were run for him. Mack has got to drop more 3s. Dozier just needs to show up.

Kemp sucks and should be run off.

At least it wasn't a blowout against an unranked team . Tyreke is good but sometimes he seemed confused

I am not sure I would say vast improvements but yes, he is overall better now than the first few games. We will see how Camp Cal goes.

Regardless, next Saturday at the Forum should be a pretty good time.

It's all good . I'm proud of their effort , but I dont want to see Tyreke try to take over games with bad shots .

In his defense , none of the other guards acted like they wanted the ball . I agree Cal will get them on the same page ( hopefully soon ).

I never wonder why i'm verbally attacked . I'm TIGER DEN not vol DEN . It's just irritating sometimes when I am innocent.
I fully expected recourse from that statement . I really figured there would be several folks , but the nights still young. :mega_shok::)

Sorry - I wasn't paying attention to my typing - was watching G'town, the team we beat (this statement is for the Temple comeback that is bound to be thrown back), sink a couple of clutch FTs to hand Memphis the loss.

And I know who you are. You were whining in the basketball forum about being abused in another thread when you were trying to "compliment" our team but calling out Bobby Maze in the process.

I was complimenting the vols , and the trouble with Maze turned out not to be trouble , but just the fact that he couldn't get along with the coaches and teammates at Ok .

I pull for the vols if they are not ranked above the Tigers . Anyone ranked higher than the Tigers I will always pull against them , every time .

No throwback here.:eek:k:
