Looks like that is correct for regular season games. 0'fer against ranked teams. None. Zip. Nada. Naught. Nil. Zuilch. Cero. нулевой. صفر. In 4 full seasons. Plus this partial one. No wins against top 25. So state of the vols (aka tiger high flag boy), what does this mean for Cuonzo? Why bring it up?

BTW CCM has 5 wins against top 25 teams in less seasons than EDIT ---> state of the vols's boy patsy.

2-4 against top 10, and I counted 6-9 against top 25. Actually not too bad. I believe two of the top 10 losses were to UK's championship team. And Pastner has an two extra years on Martin.

I didn't bring up CCM, and I like nothing about tigers basketball. My wife does, only reason it's on. I'm gonna miss the vols vs memphis games. Was interesting around my house

My post was intended for the one (poser state of the vols = tiger high fan) who asked about CCM's record in a thread about a woodshed beat down that tiger high was getting from a another team in orange. My apologies to OB4life and your household.

Yep, I am too. Live in Memphis and actually grew up a Memphis fan. Series was good, and I think this year would have been entertaining.

Yea, I understand it, but it shouldn't be just a basketball decision. I expect UT not to do anything with the football series unless the basketball series is extended. Memphis makes good money with a Liberty Bowl full if UT fans. I believe this is what Ole Miss did with Memphis. They only extended football when Memphis agreed to a basketball series. Memphis doesn't want Ole Miss in the city either, but they need the revenue. You have to use your leverage.

Ummm this is an NCAA message board... so how is CCM's number of top 10 wins relevant to this thread again? FYI this particular thread deals with OK State and your mempuss tigers.... if you know how to read and understand how message boards operate (see title of the thread - Memphis vs Oklahoma St (ESPN)). I believe St. Mary's was #25 when they beat them in the tourney.

I believe they were in one poll, but they were given an 11 seed and had to win a "First Four" play-in game just to get to the Field of 64. Personally, I don't count beating an 11 seed as beating a ranked team. Just as the BCS rankings are the only rankings that truly matter once they come out in October, the Selection Committee's rankings are the only rankings that truly matter once the bracket is accounced.
