I don't think this is true. No disrespect to you btw. If he were perfectly happy at USC, he would not have made the trip. Now it is possible, after hearing the offer, he felt it was in his and his family's best interest to remain at USC, however I don't see the decision being announced via twitter. Tee has way more class than that IMO.
