If you want to be technical its neither slander or liable because it was posted not printed. To print something one must use ink

Wrong. Libel occurs when the false and defamatory communication is written and seen.

Actually Brady Hoke has come in and taken several highly rated players including this year's No. 1 ranked player in the state.

So none of his recruiting is shocking. The kids in the Midwest tend to go to the schools that are at the top of the big ten, generally speaking.

thanks for proving my point. Genius.

Actually liable can only occur when it has been proven that the written information had caused damage to one's character in such a way that has cost individual either present or future punitive damage and that the information was believable by those who read it. That's how Larry Flint escapes the ridicous things he had written about public figures. No one actually believed it

Why do you say our class is sucking hind titt again? First off we are putting together a very nice class especially given our record the last few years. Second, what do you mean again? Pretty sure we have had a top 15 or better class every year since Fulmer left. You dont have to get all 5 stars for the class not to suck. Also pretty sure its not February yet.
[/QUOTE

Because we are behind BAMA LSU Auburn Georgia and Florida and that's just in the SEC

Huh? Tough guy? I didn't mention anything about boxing or wrestling or challenging you to a tough man competition. I made a statement, you proved me on it, I showed you that you did. Why you mad?

FYI the difference in slander and libel is that slander is performed via a temporary medium (speech, gestures) while libel is defamation by any other means.

Now you're saying the allegation you made doesn't apply?

Good job making the case against yourself.

I realize that this is off subject BUT I am anxious to see if the P.S.U. opening will generate any real interest. I recall that no one other than Rich Rod was interested in the "O Bama" opening, then they were able to hire "SaTan"
Of course, we had issues with getting interest here, after Kiffin left.
I am confident that P.S.U. will have to settle for their 8th or 9th choice also.

I'll bet any amount of money they don't hire a coach with a losing record
