Agreed. It's really about the matchup. If it was an opponent other than Louisville, who Kentucky just squashed, then maybe it's worth going to. I guess perception plays into it but the Gator Bowl ain't the beach.

The money isn't split evenly, but it's not a huge difference.

The teams get a small cut of the payout before its pooled and disbursed.

The “take” for the MCB compared to the Gator is practically a rounding error in the grand scheme of things.

One team is 7-5 and the other is 8-4. One team plays in the SEC and the other plays in the ACC. This appears to be a pretty even match up IMO.

It’s fine by me where ever he signs - just hard to believe a cat rated this highly out of Michigan would sign with KY. Probably could have signed with anyone and chose KY hence SMH. Good luck with that Mr Rodgers
