Have you seen some kids running (I use that loosely) around? Can't much disagree with her overall statement here.

Oh. I don't understand.

Let me explain, volatile has his security blanket tied around his head.

Translation: She is also black.

Bolivian President Evo Morales another marxist, who was named “World Hero of Mother Earth” by the UN General Assembly in 2009 talks along the same lines as Michelle.

I noticed also your response to ACLG in which you charged his whole party with being racist was deleted.

Let me add this in support of your accusation.

Most of the African American vote switched from voting Republican to voting Democrat along with JFK winning the presidency and here is what LBJ is quoted as saying by White House insider Ronald Kessler in his
book "Inside the White House":

(The quote also appears in "Can America Survive" by Ben
Stein and Phil DeMuth.)

Quotes From Democrats On Race & Anti-Semitism - Right Wing News (Conservative News and Views)

(Scroll about halfway down the page to see the quote.)

Here is my favorite quote on the page and more than amply describes the double standard of the Democrat party and their appointees, including at least one Obarrybama has appointed to the Supreme Court, according to her own words.

"Civil rights laws were not passed to protect the rights of white men and do not apply to them."
-- Mary Frances Berry,
Chairwoman, US Commission on Civil Rights

How is an initiative to ensure the well being of the nation's youth scary? I find the amount of fat, lazy children in this day and age more scary than some bill that might make them eat that scary celery at lunch.

You think it should be up to the government to tell the children what to eat or not eat???

Tell me more.

If you had the first clue as to what has already been implemented in the schools you probably wouldn't be so pollyannaish.

I could be wrong, some people seem to be suffering from terminal seredipity.

The government making school children eat one healthy meal per day isn't a bad thing. I know for sure it would be better than the offerings I had when I ate school lunches.

I had to eat greasy sloppy joes or hard pizza. No real choice. And since I was on the discounted meal plan, I got the low end of the spectrum. I wished I could get the fresh veggies and fruits.

Yup that's pretty much what I had. We also had light gray hamburger patties in high school. Yum...

Wait, you mean your food was subsidized by the tax dollars of others? And you went on to get an education? And you went to the University of
Tennessee, where even more of your education was subsidized by taxpayers?

Thief!

The govt MAKING any citizen eat ANYTHING is scary. However, any govt owned facility should be able to offer healthy choices....choices being the key word.

I didn't realize you were forced to eat school lunches and couldn't bring anything from home.

That's where the parents come into play. A kid can bring lunch to school and eat something just as unhealthy as what the kids going through the lunch line are eating.

So should we start a new agency that goes into our homes to monitor how many Little Debbies your child eats per day?
