The Big Ten is even worse than usual...they have no chance of putting a team in the playoff if Ohio St loses to VT and it's just week 2.

It would be just our luck for Michigan to be awful this year, and then CBJ jumps at the chance to go home to coach. And, we're left in a bind and starting over yet again.

Anything is possible. Derek dooley could be announced as Nick Saban's successor tomorrow, but that doesn't mean it's likely.

I think your comparison is ridiculous, as we're talking about one of college football's most historic and winningest programs, in his home state.

But, I'll drop it, because I don't want to spend the season arguing that another coach would consider leaving us.

Has CBJ ever expressed interest in the Michigan job? I think he likes what he's building here. Simply being from Michigan doesn't mean he would jump at the opportunity to coach at the University of Michigan.

Michigan will be looking for a new head coach in a season or two and I hope they don't want to talk to Butch Jones.
