That's because Adidas throwbacks appear to combine elements of traditions to come out with a new, interesting pattern while Nike has just been putting all kinds of random crap on jerseys.

I'd also like to see a 1903 throwback every Halloween we're at home, and a 1938 against some team every year we don't wear the 1903 throwbacks. Maybe against Vandy.
