Maybe, but I also think you have to look at the teams ranked above them to see if there's enough movement to springboard them as well:
#4 Notre Dame
#5 Georgia
#6 Cincinnati
#7 Texas A&M
#8 Florida
#9 BYU
#10 Wisconsin
#11 Miami
#12 Oregon
- Even if #4 Notre Dame loses to Clemson or #1 Clemson loses to Notre Dame, neither will fall out of the top 10
- #6 Cincinnati isn't going to drop, and in all likelihood #7 Texas A&M - playing South Carolina - probably won't lose and fall out
- #8 Florida doesn't look like it's going to lose (their losing would have helped Indiana immensely) and even if #5 Georgia still loses...I'm not sure how far Georgia will actually fall
- The polls probably aren't dropping BYU after beating another top 25 team last night.
- The polls usually don't drop teams more than a space weeks they don't play, if even that when it's a top 10 team.
- Miami got by Nc State last night, winning 44-41 (they could possibly drop a space for this)
- Oregon plays Stanford tonight, and if they win their first game pretty soundly, they might not fall either.
I don't think Indiana would stay at 13 but I could also see the polls not bumping them higher than 11 after today's win.
