Europe's highest human rights court ruled Thursday that slandering Islam's prophet Muhammad is not protected speech and may be prosecuted, citing the aim of "preserving religious peace."

Insulting Muhammad "goes beyond the permissible limits of an objective debate" and "could stir up prejudice and put at risk religious peace," ruled the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR), Fox News reports.

The pattern of exploitation of mainly white girls by groups of men of mainly Pakistani heritage mirrors what has happened in a number of other towns around the country, including Rotherham, Rochdale and Telford.

An Eritrean national who was rejected for asylum in Germany has been given a short jail sentence after he Violently Raped a middle-aged woman who was on her Monday morning walk to work in Leeds.

Filmon Teklay launched his attack near a shut-down pub close to the city centre at 6.15am on September 3rd, when he punched and threatened to kill the woman before sexually assaulting and then raping her, Leeds Crown Court heard.

The victim — a woman in her 50s, who had struggled and screamed for help during the ordeal — said she feels the impact of the violent attack “has taken my life away from me”.

She said in a victim impact statement read to the court by prosecutor Michael Greenhalgh: “I constantly feel stressed and depressed and spend most of my time indoors because I’m too scared to go out and I don’t trust anyone.

“I see that man in my mind every day and what he did to me. “I can’t sleep. I feel dirty and I don’t like myself anymore.”

Yep, if we start allowing a free flow, the terrorists of the world will take advantage of it. I don't know where the Liberals get the idea that we had free flow of immigrants into the us back in the days of Ellis Island. It was actually rather tightly controlled. Everybody had background checks, complete medical examinations, and there was very little hesitation to "return to sender". The closest thing we ever had to complete free flow of immigration was the Mariel refugees in the early 80s from Cuba in which Castro was using it to dump his incorrigibles. Trump does not use very good language in trying to put across the issue, but he is right on the need to have a tight control all of the individuals who are being admitted.

opinion piece, but there are some facts here. It wasn't really until after the Civil War, 1920 actually, that we had any Federal immigration laws. States sometimes had their own, and Ellis Island wasn't the only place immigrants landed here. it would have been very easy for undocumented people to get here.
