Thats some cheap homeowner sheit. Usually save for the good stuff. Buying a set of expensive screwdrivers is dumb though, people "borrow" them, never get em back. Exception being a klein 10 in 1, grounded for electrical work. They say they arent grounded by the rubber handle so they arent responsible if you get shocked, but i have never got lit up with a klein tool, and i am not adding or removing breakers in a hot box without em. Old houses like mine often dont have a main shutoff switch before the breaker box...so i had to replace every breaker in my house in a hot bus bar with enough juice to kill me instantly. Good times.

Today feels like a monday, except i already got my ass handed to me yesterday...and my van sounds like a dirt track car. Sweet

Migrant Rescue Vessel Captain Faces 20 Years For Aiding Illegal Immigration

German national Pia Klemp, the former captain of both the Iuventa and the Sea Watch-3 migrant rescue vessels, faces up to twenty years in an Italian prison after being put on trial on charges of suspicion of “help and complicity in illegal immigration.”

Ms Klemp began her work on migrant rescue vessels six years ago as a deckhand but was able to rise up to the rank of captain by the time the Iuventa was seized by Italian authorities in 2017, French television broadcaster TV5Monde reports.

Along with the confiscation of the vessel was the confiscation of mobile phones and computers belonging to Klemp and others but the Italian justice system did not decide to allow for the reading of the contents of the devices until May of 2018.​


While the current populist coalition between Interior Minister Matteo Salvini’s Lega the Five Star Movement (M5S) has been well-known for anti-mass migration policies, the initial investigation against Klemp was​
initiated by the prior government of Paolo Gentiloni in 2016.​

According to Klemp’s lawyer, the Italian secret service along with four other agencies had been observing the actions of the pro-migrant activists and had even tapped their phones and other forms of communication.

Migrant Baby Boom: English Schools Need 418,000 Extra Places

English schools will need to find almost 420,000 extra school places over the next decade, due in part to a baby boom among migrant mothers.

The Department for Education has reported that, while its latest projections suggest that “Direct immigration of pupils born outside the UK has a very small effect on the school age population” compared to the birth rate, the birth rate “is in turn affected by any increase in the number of children born to non-UK born women (who overall tend to have higher fertility rates).”

Neil Anderson, executive director of the Migration Watch UK think tank, appeared to suggest that the Department of Education was understating the scale of the challenge, telling Breitbart London that “Thousands of schools in England are bursting at the seams in the wake of the population boom, four-fifths of which has been driven since 2001 by massive levels of immigration.”

The Tory Party pledged to reduce net immigration “from the hundreds of thousands to the tens of thousands” ahead of the last three general elections, but non-EU immigration — the only type of immigration the British government can largely control — has in fact reached a 15-year high.

Europe: Massive Rise in Central American Asylum Seekers as Trump Tightens U.S. Border

The number of Central Americans claiming asylum in the European Union has massively increased as President Donald Trump has moved to tighten America’s southern border, with Venezuelans now the second-largest demographic of arrivals after Syrians.

According to Britain’s Left-Wing Guardian newspaper, the European Asylum Support Office is attributing an 11 per cent rise in political asylum claims over the last year to “people fleeing economic disasters, political repression and criminal violence in Venezuela, El Salvador, Colombia, Honduras, Nicaragua and Peru.”

Asylum claims by nationals of Venezuela, where the state socialist regime of Nicolas Maduro admired by Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn is becoming increasingly repressive, reached 18,400 between January and May — roughly double the number for the same period in 2018.

Over a longer timeframe, the rise is even more striking, with asylum claims by Central Americans up an astonishing 4,000 per cent over the course of the last decade.

The emotive case of a ‘lesbian’ asylum seeker, deported from the United Kingdom and now said to be in hiding in her native Uganda, exposes many of the problems with our complicated immigration policy.

At the heart of it is the simple question: how do you know if someone is telling the truth?

For this 25-year-old woman insists she is gay and would, therefore, face persecution in her home country where, according to Amnesty International, anyone found to have had a same-sex relationship risks life in prison.

Yet when British immigration officials raided her home in London, she was found in bed with a man.

That was the key piece of evidence the Home Office used to deport her nearly six years ago.

Now, from her East African hiding place, she begs to return to Britain, saying her life is in danger. Her case became public knowledge this week when it emerged that thousands of pounds of UK taxpayers’ money could be spent bringing her back to Britain to appeal her case through our courts.

The woman, named only as ‘PN’ after a High Court ruling on keeping her anonymity, could also obtain damages from the Government after a judge ruled she had not had a fair hearing and was ‘falsely imprisoned’ in a detention centre before being forcibly flown back to the Ugandan city of Entebbe.
