Jimmy Dykes and Doug Gottleib were on this morning and said Hamilton is an idiot for making those comments about the coaching situation two days before the tournament and needs to be fired. He hired Kiffin, football is not doing well and baseball also.

Dykes said Pearl will rally the troops and have them ready to play against Michigan. Also, Gottleib said Pearl should also be fired.

The donors have to be hearing and seeing all this negative attention being brought upon our school. Do the right things and get rid of Hamilton now and then wait and see how bad it is in June for Pearl and then let a new AD make that call.

Football is doing ok right now (finally has some stability) and pretty sure baseball is 15-2 this season. All these commentators just keep repeating the same lines over and over.

I'd say football is off life support and that's about it. Still has a ways to go.

Exactly! Im not worried about football, and for baseball they have not really played anyone. SEC play starts this weekend so we will see how they do

well last year they didn't play anyone and were around .500 at this point. I see that as improvement

Interesting thought. The one person who has the experience, the character, and the contacts to be the next AD is Dooley. But I definitely do not want that to happen. We need him leading our football program. What a mess we have with Hamilton and Pearl.

really? Why do you think MH's name is even being brought up? Did you watch any UT basketball games and see how many times Bruce's suspension was brought up?

The only skill Hamilton has is fund raising. He is prolly one of the top 3-4 fundraisers in the nation. When he was hired he was given a stable womens bb, what looked like a stable fb, and all the sports were good except mens bb. so when he hired pearl it was to be all good. He was brought in to not mess up the UT family and make us as much money as he could. Who knew he would have to do some hiring and other tough decisions. UT never replaces it's coaches historically. So honestly Hamilton is another product of our UT system of trying to keep everything in house. But HE IS abosolutely useless in any capacity besides fundraising.

Yep watched and heard but now all we hear is what a joke of an administration we have. Thanks to Hamilton, he's a joke

and they're saying that because of what Pearl did. I'm ok with MH sharing the blame but if BP is honest with the NCAA and gets a minor violation there is no way MH's name even comes up right now

I like the idea of Condredge for ad but i don't want football people trying to fix basketball here again.

Not hardly. The media in Atlanta, who had been pro-Pearl until this season have been bashing Pearl all season and bashing UT for not firing him long ago.

I see your point but as an AD your job is to keep things in control. Hamilton has made the situation worse. Yes pearl started but Hamilton should finish it not put fire on it.

Which goes back to Hamilton. He should of fired pearl at beginning but he let this virus spread all year long.

Yes Hamilton has made it way worse. If you can fire Fulmer you should have fired Pearl. Thanks for making things worse.
