Mike Griffith predicts the future...

If Griffith thinks there's a scenario under which UT wins the SEC East next year, he needs to just make the softball beat his full time job.

I know it is highly unlikely scenario but what if Hopson & Harris return? Perhaps those two and the team in general develop more under CCM. Plus I think the defense, intensity, and consistency effort wise will improve under CCM. I could see them having a shot at the East.

I'm not sure why anyone would be confident in Georgia finishing ahead of UT next year.

My Stab at Griffith reporting:

The Vols will finish anywhere from 1st to 6th next year in the Eastern Division. They will win the games in which they outscore their opponents. They will likely lose the games where the opponent scores more points. If Harris returns for his sophomore season, he will play with the team. If he decides to turn pro, he will not play with the Vols. Coach Martin will Coach the team as long as he is the coach of the team. One of the Vols will lead the team in Scoring while another one will lead in rebounding, with the possibility that one Vol could lead in both.

The use of bold discounts an otherwise solid effort. Not sure what font represents a high pitched tone, but I do know it's not bold.

The sad part is that Griff could take notes from this... lol

You forgot to mention that if Scotty and Tobias do in fact leave, there's a clause in the NCAA rulebook that states that we WILL be able to fill those scholarships with new players.

Even if Harris and Hopson come back, UK will sweep us next year in b-ball.

I think they'll be the #2 favorite to win a national championship behind North Carolina.
