Half the guys on those shows have very little insight into the game. I laugh hard at people that actually think Georgia is the national champion because they just beat Bama last year. They were playing without their top WRs. Kirby and Georgia will always be second fiddle to Bama. Heupel did it in year 2! He's 1-1. GBO!

being difficult to deal with was kind of always his thing. He is just kind of an ass, but that in it'self is not so un-UT 😅. What really made people dislike him here was he would drool over georgia and pick them to win even as a UT beat writer.

Trying to speak objectively about his appearance. It was just really unimpressive. He seemed like an uninformed fan of Georgia and not a journalist. Kept implying or outright saying we’ve see nothing like Georgia’s offense or defense. Georgia may beat Tennessee but to imply that playing our schedule leaves us unprepared is a truly weak take. I’d say it’s more accurate to say Georgia hasn’t seen anyone remotely as good as Tennessee this year.

Heupel puts new stuff in every week but no way is he going say anything - so of course he uses coach speak “keep doing what we’ve been doing” to the media. No surprise that Griffith bites on coach speak. Our coaches have studied Georgia and will have a game plan that they believe gives us the best shot.

Wow ... It was like he was hyped up on something. He just kept running his mouth and Paul wasn't sure what to say or do. I think he started the weekend early.

When Mike was here he was a Tennessee homer when we were good. He's been with the AJC for some time and he is the very definition of a shill. He peddles his brand of hustle to his audience with little objectivity. His rant on Finebaum was embarrassing. That's why Paul just let him ramble. Paul knew it was an unprofessional display and he let him dig his hole deeper and deeper. He did.

I will say that Griffith wrote a really nice piece on Jalin Hyatt. Among other things, called him the most elite receiver in the country. I do remember him in Knoxville. He was also at Michigan State. Seems like he bounces around a lot. That should tell you something.

Basilio and Swain both ran him off. I don't remember exactly why other than being douche bag. Maybe it was over reporting Hurds mom's arrest? Something stupid.
