Mike Leach just said....

That would be interesting. I dont know his success in recruiting La. but I would assume he'd do a number on the Texas side and SEC country. Hell, if you can recruit to Lubbock, surely Baton Rouge would be easier.

Think they'd take a chance on him down there?

After Les Miles they're prob as desparate to change as we were last 2 seasons. I think Leach recruites east Texas like he was in Texas. If I were LSU wanting to compete with Saban in the West that's who I'm chasing.

Leach as LSU HC? I mean he'd be an upgrade over Miles, but does anybody think LSU will give him the helm when they know they could offer him a spot at OC and he'd probably accept?

I think Leach has set his standard at HC at the College Level, or OC in the NFL.

Besides, who in the NCAA does Mike like well enough to take orders from? Further more, who in the NCAA likes Mike enough to make him their OC?

He torched every bridge imaginable in the Big12.

Wouldn't it be great to see him end up with the Oakland Raiders? Now that they got rid of Jamarcus, they are starting to shape up a bit. Leach's nutty personality would be something else for that organization.

The Dread Pirate as Captain of the Corndogs? That would be comedy of the highest order.

Is the Leach trial being televised by chance? That will be must see tv.

I don't think a single .500 or better BCS team would hire him as head coach, nor would any NFL team hire him as OC.

If those are his standards, he's going to be unemployed for a looonnng time.

I doubt it... For now, anyways. At the moment I can't see him doing any better than OC for a decent (at best) BCS program or a position coach in the NFL.
