Truth is, I want Fulmer to do something about the problems that are plaguing this team. I want real change that goes beyond a new OC. Something needs to be done with the WR and OL coaches. Something needs to be done with discipline. Practices need to be tougher.

If Fulmer can do that, great. But if not, he really does need to go, because things will not get any better.
