Yep, the heat to get the truth out has turned face of the sun hot.

As it should. As I've said from the beginning, several of these ass holes need to be annihilated. Pennsylvania needs to send a clear message to everyone there and everywhere else that covering up **** like this is going to get you a one way ticket to prison.

That's been my stance all along and if there aren't criminal negligence laws on the books covering this issue there should be some written. Young children aren't capable of defending themselves in certain circumstances and they need laws and advocates to protect them against the damn predators and the people who know of the crimes and do nothing. The biggest shame in all this is there are other victims who could have been spared if only one of the people that were aware of this crap had of blown the whistle on Sandusky.

Exactly. If one person in the whole damn place had any balls or had a conscience, this would have ended years ago and Sandusky would be rotting in prison.

If this is done right, it won't anymore. I think most of those guys felt that they could just make stuff go away. They're getting ready to learn that's not the case.
That's exactly what they thought with absolutely no regard for the victims involved.

It was investigated by police in 1998. And the kid ID'd Jerry.

Then the DA, police chief and any police official that was present in the interview that didn't indict Sandusky at that time should be prosecuted as well.

Has Mike McQueery's dad also confirmed that his son is also a special form of cowardly pussy?

Gotta agree with that. Anybody that witnesses what he did and doesn't at least go in the shower and pull the kid out of there by his arm deserves all of the consequences he will be getting.

“It’s not that he’s not willing,” John McQueary, his father, told the New York Times. “I think it’s eating him up not to be able to tell his side, but he’s under investigation by the grand jury. He’ll make it. He’s a tough kid.”

I think there were some issues with that case. I'd have to read more about the facts before I completely threw the DA under the bus on that one.

If the DA was privy to the interview Scheffler conducted with Sandusky, I see no reason why the DA did not move forward with charges.
