Yep, Norvell has recruited the best classes in Memphis history. His DC this year got them better on defense, but I would want him to hire a P5 DC.

He's made no secret of the fact that he wants to go to a P5 school..just a matter of which one.

Makes more sense. Expectations much lower - all Ole Pizz wants is a decent bowl game every season and a smattering of relevancy. Norvell would do well since its still his current stomping grounds and 'croot network.
