I hope Stone Cold doesn't see my post. Through his friendship with Jim Ross, he's become a big OU supporter. Being associated with the puke orange might provoke him to open a can on me.

We can only wish. Please explain your infatuation with wrestling. It is puzzling.

I cannot understand the logic for wanting Duke, UNC, NCSt, UVA, or any ACC school with the possible exception of FL St or Miami.

You aren't the one counting dollars.

I would love having UNC and Duke. With them we would be competing with the Big East (if it still exists) for the best basketball conference in America.

And really, we've got enough strong football programs already. Who wants a murderer's row schedule year in and year out?

Dropping a New Mexico State from the schedule and adding a VA Tech or a Florida State every year would have consequences.

It might be the end of our one good intersectional opponent on the schedule (UCLA, Notre Dame, Nebraska, etc.).

Adding UNC, Duke, or NC State wouldn't have the same impact.

What's the SEC's next move?

Reportedly it has not yet "invited" Texas A&M to join, and the Aggies will be facing hot and heavy pressure to join the PAC10.

Will it go after Texas A&M? If so, what is it waiting for? And if it does want A&M, there's got to be at least one other school it is courting, yet A&M seems to be the only school there's a lot of smoke pouring from.
