Nigerian Accused of Murdering Mackenzie Lueck Came to U.S. on Student Visa

A Nigerian native accused of murdering 23-year-old University of Utah student Mackenzie Lueck first arrived in the United States on a student visa, Breitbart News has learned.

Nigerian native Ayoola Adisa Ajayi, 31-years-old, was charged this week with allegedly murdering Mackenzie Lueck in Salt Lake City, Utah, on June 17 after she had just returned from California where she attended her grandmother’s funeral. Police said Ajayi and Lueck had been texting the day before Lueck went missing and neighbors reported that Ajayi had created a burn pile in his backyard on June 17 and June 18.

When investigators searched Ajayi’s home and conducted an excavation in his backyard, they found human tissue from Lueck and multiple personal items from Lueck. Ajayi has now been charged with aggravated murder, aggravated kidnapping, and desecration of a body.

A law enforcement official confirmed to Breitbart News that Ajayi first entered the U.S. from Nigeria on July 16, 2009, on a student visa, known by federal immigration officials as an F-1 visa. University officials have told the media that Ajayi, though attending the University of Utah between 2009 and 2017, never got a degree.

After remaining in the country on the F-1 visa, Ajayi adjusted his status to become a “lawful permanent resident,” otherwise known as a green card holder, in 2014 after marrying an American citizen.

Sometime after adjusting his immigration status, Ajayi applied to become a naturalized U.S. citizen by claiming he served in the American military between September 30, 2015, and August 20, 2015. However, records show Ajayi never submitted any evidence to support his claim of military service.

Massive Migrant Crossings Lead to Another Shelter Opening in Arizona

Border Patrol officials in the Yuma Sector announced the building of an additional temporary migrant shelter in response to “sustained large volumes of family units in the Arizona sector. Sector officials opened the new shelter for tours late last week.

Border Patrol officials began construction of a new family shelter in the Yuma Sector” on June 15 in response to the strain on resources and facilities” due to the continuing unprecedented numbers of migrant families illegally crossing the border in southwestern Arizona, according to a statement obtained by Breitbart News. The shelter became available for tours on June 28 and is expected to begin housing migrants soon.

Conservative NYT columnist called 'white nationalist' after blasting 2020 Dems for pro-illegal immigrant policies

A conservative columnist for the New York Times is under fire from progressives over an op-ed slamming the 2020 Democratic candidates for embracing pro-illegal immigrant policies, with one critic going so far as to call him a "white nationalist."

In a scathing piece published on Friday, Bret Stephens argued that voters see Democrats as the "party that makes too many Americans feel like strangers in their own country" and that "puts more of its faith and invests most of its efforts" in illegal immigrants instead of American citizens.

"They speak Spanish. We don’t. They are not U.S. citizens or legal residents. We are. They broke the rules to get into this country. We didn’t. They pay few or no taxes. We already pay most of those taxes. They willingly got themselves into debt. We’re asked to write it off," Stephens elaborated. "They don’t pay the premiums for private health insurance. We’re supposed to give up ours in exchange for some V.A.-type nightmare. They didn’t start enterprises that create employment and drive innovation. We’re expected to join the candidates in demonizing the job-creators, breaking up their businesses and taxing them to the hilt."

The Never-Trump conservative opinion writer specifically called out the ten candidates on Thursday's debate who all raised their hands vowing that their healthcare plans would cover illegal immigrants in the U.S. as well as the candidates who favored the decriminalization of border crossings on Wednesday's debate. Stephens mocked Spanish-speaking candidates Beto O'Rourke and Cory Booker as "pandering" "gringos." He also expressed fiscal concerns over the Democrats who call for Medicare-For-All, free college education, and eliminating student debt.

His column sparked a firestorm of criticism on social media. Broadcast journalist Soledad O'Brien ripped Stephens as a "full on bigot." Former CNN host Reza Aslan tweeted that the NYT columnist "jumped out of the white nationalist closet."

Stephens was also called out by one of his own colleagues, NYT contributing op-ed writer Wajahat Ali.

Stephens responded to his critics on Twitter, saying O'Brien and Aslan "unwittingly demonstrate a style of moral bullying and progressive demagoguery that turns people off and plays into Trump's hands."

I’m sure like many Americans they’re sick of trying to do a job while libtards undermine their every move. I'm glad the people living here decided to take matters in their own hands and kick the British out. Apparently those good people coming here from central America for the good life don't have that same set of ethics ... come to think about it, doesn't seem like a lot of our own people would do what our ancestors (at least mine) did all those years ago either.

Something tells me we don't need people overseeing migrants when they are joking about migrants dying and laughing at rape of migrant women and children. I have about as dark as a sense of humor that should be legally allowed, and even I wouldn't go there.
