Millions of Illegal Aliens From All Over The World Head For U.S. Border

Immigration Act 1891

Section 1 of the 1891 Act relisted categories of excludable aliens, adding some new categories.[3] The new types of excludable aliens included persons likely to become public charges, persons suffering from certain contagious disease, felons, persons convicted of other crimes or misdemeanors, polygamists, aliens assisted by others by payment of passage.

Whereas the Immigration Act of 1882 had only regulated the coastal borders of the United States, the Immigration Act of 1891 extended this authority to land borders with Canada and Mexico.

If we already did this, then why does Trump need to usurp power and legislate from the executive branch?

Do you even know what the point of my post/the article is? Did you read a couple sentences and scramble for a deflection?
Sure I do. Poor immigrants no longer get to be subsidized by the US taxpayer but now, the rich immigrant can buy his way to getting a Green Card and eventual citizenship. This will probably "slash" legal immigration.

It is sooooooo unfair.

If you can’t make it after a year of welfare then tough shlt. It’s away of life for a lot of these “immigrants”

You're not addressing the usurpation of power. Also

"Even more diabolically, immigrants don't even have to actually collect these benefits to be denied entry or an upgrade in immigration status, they simply have to be deemed "likely" to do so."

They’re talking about immigrants already living here who’ve been on welfare for a year. Aft are you talking about? You’re FOS

It's not about fairness. It's about checks and balances and good government. We need low skilled labor and we need an executive who doesn't overreach.

If Trump can just reinterpret the law with this level of distortion, what is Elizabeth Warren gonna do?

Y'all are asking for it. You never fkn learn.

Well, Liz has to get elected first and we will have bigger problems than this if she does. I'm sure she would come up with her own crappy way of dealing with stuff, some we have never thought of, despite what Trump is doing now.

Why doesn't Congress fix it and then be done with all this hoo-hah?

This action will be bound up in the courts forever anyway. When it finally drags it's aged carcass to the SCOTUS, it will stand a good chance as any of being overturned.

Once again, Congress, where the hell are you on drafting legislation regarding Immigration Reform?
Nancy get your House in order and address those things that the country requires. When the GOP controls the House I'll be singing the same old song. Both parties are negligent on dealing with this because it's "hard" and a political tar baby. Meanwhile we suffer bad policy that kills people and divides a nation.

If she gets elected all I'm going to worry about is what bread line I get my 2lbs of bread flour for the week.

Don’t we already know what presidents will do will congress won’t do their jobs ? The whole y’all are asking for it doesn’t really carry a lot of weight when you don’t first address what has already been done by a president that stated publicly he didn’t have the power to do it ... then did it anyway . By a set of criteria that goes way beyond what Congress made law.

Two illegal aliens living in the sanctuary jurisdiction of Montgomery County, Maryland, have been arrested and accused of raping an 11-year-old girl.

According to WJLA 7, 29-year-old Mauricio Barrera-Navidad, an illegal alien from El Salvador, and 28-year-old illegal alien Carlos Palacios-Amaya were arrested this week by Montgomery County law enforcement officials after the victim told a social worker of the rapes.

The victim, a 12-year-old who was 11 years old at the time of the alleged rapes, told a social worker at her elementary school that in July 2018, she met Barrera-Navidad at a family birthday party. The girl said Barrera-Navidad, a father of four children, took her into a bedroom and raped her. After the alleged rape, the victim said Barrera-Navidad continued to contact her.

In September 2018, the victim said she was introduced to Palacios-Amaya, who then allegedly raped her on multiple occasions. On one instance, the victim said the illegal alien videoed the rape on his cellphone and would pressure her to skip school so she would be unsupervised at home.

Barrera-Navidad, according to the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency, was ordered deported in December 2016 but has remained living in the sanctuary jurisdiction of Montgomery County, which shields criminal illegal aliens from deportation.

Palacios-Amaya, ICE officials said, has already been deported from the U.S. once before in 2014. Sometime after his deportation, the illegal alien returned to the country and settled in the sanctuary county.

Pretty sure they were allowed to divert defense funds for immigration. Maybe concentrate on people and not concrete

But then the left complains about the housing and unfair sleeping practices. Want them in tents and behind fences?.....or in large auditoriums that won't be "cool enough" or allow for enough "personal space"?......we need those concrete things because we need hospitals and emergency care and day care for children and cafeteira's to care for and feed them.

F*** all of Congress, they don't deserve to have the C capitalized. The vast majority need to never be re-elected, both sides.

This issue isn't difficult or hard to figure out. Yet, not one bit of common sense, or common sense legislation or easily enforceable law has been put up or through. Yet, we'll spend over $4 billion (plus a hell of a lot more) to basically run immigrant hotels, urgent cares and cafeteria's and allow the issue to exist and grow. The politicans don't care about anything other than catch phrases and media coverage.
