If our southern border were closed and Mexico had to either accept all these people or stop them from entering Mexico, you'd see a radical change in Mexican government conduct. Accused Illegal Serial Killer Given Green Card After Overstaying Visa

An accused illegal alien serial killer who has been charged with murdering 12 elderly women overstayed his visa, was never deported, and was able to obtain a green card.

As Breitbart News reported, 46-year-old illegal alien Billy Chemirmir, born in Kenya, had been living in Dallas, Texas when he was originally charged in March 2018 with murdering 81-year-old Lu Thi Harris.

This month, thowever, Chemirmir was charged with murdering 11 other elderly women, all between the ages of 76 to 94-years-old. The illegal alien worked as a home healthcare worker and was a home aide to many of the women.

A law enforcement source confirmed to Breitbart News that Chemirmir first arrived in the U.S. on a B-2 visa — commonly known as a tourist visa — in July 2003. Though Chemirmir was supposed to only temporarily be in the U.S., he overstayed his visa and became an illegal alien who was eligible for deportation.

Rather than being deported, however the illegal alien was able to use a loophole in the country’s legal immigration system that allowed him to obtain a green card after marrying a U.S. citizen.

In November 2007, Chemirmir was approved for a green card allowing him to permanently resettle in the country. Every year, more than 1.2 million legal immigrants are admitted to the U.S.

A law enforcement source also said the illegal alien had a criminal record, including convictions for drunk driving, trespassing, assault, and obstructing a police officer.

He was found dead early Tuesday morning in his cell. His cellmate, who is serving a sentence for a Dallas-area murder, was identified as the assailant.

The families of Chemirmir's victims were notified of his death early Tuesday.

Texas Department of Public Safety troopers found a group of migrants locked inside a tractor-trailer near Laredo on September 14. Troopers found the tractor-trailer driver did not have a commercial driver’s license.

Troopers operating along the border region under Governor Greg Abbott’s Operation Lone Star stopped a tractor-trailer in Webb County, Texas, on Thursday. During an inspection of the vehicle, the trooper found 18 migrants locked inside the trailer.

Dallas Police release footage of shootout with illegal immigrant who fired into truck, killing his roommate​

Dallas police says suspect Juan Vicente Zavala Lopez was previously Deported Nine Times before his arrest for murder and assault​

Dallas Police have released body camera footage of the shootout and arrest of an illegal immigrant who allegedly shot and killed his roommate in broad daylight and injured a police officer.

Police say that last Thursday, Officers Derek Williams and Christopher Mazin were driving past a business located at 4847 Scyene Road when they saw the suspect, later identified as 45-year-old Juan Vicente Zavala Lopez, shooting at a man inside a truck.

The officers immediately responded, parked at a nearby business and exited their vehicle with weapons drawn, authorities said.

Police said Zavala Lopez fired several shots at the officers as he pulled out of the parking lot, hitting the patrol car. The officers returned fire and got back inside their vehicle to give chase.

Overwhelmed Texas city Declares State Of Emergency as over 11K Migrants — close to half its population– Surge Across Border​

An unprecedented surge of 4,000 migrants streamed across the US border with Mexico in to Eagle Pass, Texas, on Wednesday — forcing the overwhelmed city to declare an emergency.

Border patrol sources said they join approximately 7,500 other migrants who have handed themselves in over the last week.

City Mayor Rolando Salinas said the mob, many of them from Venezuela, has overrun the Mission Border Hope shelter in the city, where asylum seekers are processed.

“One of the situations is that a lot of these [migrants], they’re single males and they don’t want to listen to instructions and they’re leaving the facility,” the mayor said.

“Not all of these people come in peace.”



He also said the huge influx over the last week — close to 50% of the city’s 29,000 population — has “taken a toll on our local resources, especially our local police force and our fire department.”

Among those now detained at Eagle Pass is Roberto Emilio Vasquez-Santamaria, a 64-year-old Peruvian immigrant who is charged with murder in the slaying of another man in the Texas city, Fox News reported.
