He took a victory lap which was, to be kind, premature. And he did it, as always, to feed his own ego.

When I expressed skepticism that this was real yesterday, only to be proven right today, all I got from the MAGA protestors were whatboutisms and fidget spinners. No discussion or even acknowledgement that Trump got way over his skis on this one.

Honestly, I don't know why I expected anything different. Its always been this way with MAGA commentary: cheer on his claimed accomplishments and simply ignore it when the facts turn out to be different than Trump claimed.

I think that in every situation and whatever the circumstances may be, in the end, Trump will be proven right and you will be proven wrong.

Here it is black and white and only reason Biden implemented his actions was due to election time. Note that this is June 2024 and from CNN. Fact is the progressive arm wanted this and Biden complied. Even Trump in 2019 had that spike and had to manuever.

As far as Mexico goes, they keep playing these games, and a horrible neighbor. I hope Trump skulldrags that narco state.

its pretty clearly a matter of interstate, unless they stay in one of the 4 border states, lawbreaking. with clear disputes between states. and with clear impact on interstate commerce.

its not like they are being charged with entering the State of New York illegally, that same person would only be charged with entering the US illegally.
