He understands them wanting to come here, but said they should be respectful to towns they pass through. He said they may hit the wrong town, do this, and have some trouble.

The last caravan, which was last spring, had 404 people claim asylum as refugees. 390 of them made it into our country.

This is how it works...under US law, they can claim that they are fleeing violence from gangs, family, govt, etc...and are held in detention here while the long legal process starts for their asylum hearing. We are only allowed by law to detain them in detention facilities for so long though, think 90 days or something, while we feed and house them...due to there being so many, their court dates for their hearing take longer than that...so we have to release them, IN THE USA, and say "come back for your hearing.."

Of course they dont come back. They are in. Just like the 20 million that are already here. Get fake green cards and SSN, start applying for benefits...there is an "invisible wall" that usually deters illegals, it is the 7000 dollars it costs to get smuggled across the border by professionals. Only the rich, or those who already gave family here saving can afford it...it keeps illegal immigration at a trickle...when they make caravans of thousands and manage to get in, it sets a very cheap, and dangerous precedent. There is already a 2nd caravan in guatemala, waiting to see if they succeed and come right behind them.

Our border will be over run and worthless if we let them succeed...our sovereignty as a nation is at risk here. That is an invading force, they must be stopped at all costs. Fortunately, Trump gets it...he will stop them.

Why do people cruise through 2 countries to pick which country they want to seek asylum in? How can a “refugee” be picky? Mexico may not be the US but we have sent millions of jobs there. We actually take vacations there. Nobody goes on vacation to a resort in Somalia or Kabul. I can’t believe that there isn’t opportunities there for people that want a better life or why the people there can’t make their country better. These are people that are just gonna be a drain on our country.

You are absolutely right. A real "refugee" cant be picky. There is no danger in mexico..and they already speak their language. They arent real refugees though. They are illegal immigrants. Thats the problem...they are just trying to illegally force their way into our country. Must be stopped.

I watched footage last night of this caravan arriving to a chain link fence that if memory serves me was in Mexico. The men grabbed the fence, bagan to shake it until it was broken down. Then the whole group walked over it. I was thinking to myself, what a way to seek asylum....destroy property along your way to seek a better life. Doesn’t seem like the best way to go about it.

And often times they wave the flag of these horrible countries they’re leaving. Most of these people have no desire to assimilate.

Somebody's got to be the most corrupt agency. Saying it's the most corrupt is not the same thing as attributing corruption to every agent...

Anywhere there’s large sums of money/ trafficking of any product or service that’s in great demand there will be corruption . so how is this different than any organization ?
