Hopefully he keeps improving during the off season but from what I seen tonight he just can’t reel in that cannon for an arm he has. Guy has the strongest arm I have ever seen but he has to get better on the intermediate throws and moving the sticks. Only time will tell hope they can coach him up. Go Vols!

I think he can and hopefully will. I think he was just a little excited today especially after the first drive and also the rain/wind affected him. He probably felt he had to put more into his throws because of the conditions and put too much. There were also throws that the wind carried to the left that the commentators pointed out. People forget Josh Allen looked exactly the same with his deep throws his first two years and he fixed it and became an MVP caliber qb. This gives me hope for Joe.

I saw some touch passes last night but they were mostly within 20 yards. The bombs down the sidelines still need work on accuracy. I think Joe will be fine and will improve despite many fans worries.

The guy will be fine and if not, there will be others. Not even worried about it a little. Tennesee now has a 10-win season in year two with CJH with minimal black eyes compared to normal.

This has been a fantastic season. STILL have a bad taste from USC, go watch Florida, LSU, or Alabama game. They won the moment, Tennessee won the year.

Joe just throws hard, he doesn't seem to feel the deep throw like Hooker does/did...Just a little more arch on some of his deep throws would be perfect...Let the receiver run under the ball, instead of the ball to the receiver...But damn, he can throw the hell out of the ball.

The weather didn’t help. Bottom line is he isn’t as much of a fit for this offense as Hooker is. If he has a nice bowl game he will be the guy next year, until Nico is ready. But if he struggles we may need a new starter via the portal.

Hoping next year Nico will start playing, say, half way through the season. Doubt Milton's pass offense can win the big games.

He looks like he’s king of the world in the sideline shots…he “torched” Vandy for 147 yards on 11/21 passing.

The staff will have to change the routes to shorter crossing/outs and reduce the number of times we overthrow the long routes.

Maybe Milton can get some more help in the off season . If he could just go 50 % on those deep balls that would be great. And get a better feel of when to run. I really like Bazooka Joe he loves the team and wearing orange hope he can get it .

If we hadn’t seen the same overthrows and little to no touch before, I would be fine blaming the weather. He just looked too similar to how he did when he was starting over a year ago. I’m not sure if that changes at this point. I hope it does though

After 3 different coaching staffs, I think the Milton we see is who he really is. I'll say it again, I hope TJ or Nico to takes the job, but you know Heupel saw what we all did last night. He just has to try and bring in a starter from the portal for next season. I don't think he has a choice.

He's in his 3rd year of college ball. Shouldn't he have that fixed by now if it was going to happen?

He has improved from last year, but I don't if its enough to be the starter all season next year.
