This! And I might add he caught the first pass in that 15 second drive for the Bama win! That's 2 catches that really mattered that our receivers would have dropped in the past in the same situation.

To be fair, that thing hung up so long and so far it was basically like trying to catch a punt backwards.
It looks like he lost his footing a stride or so before the ball came. Idk if he miss judged the ball or lost a little traction. Either way it still hit him right in the basket.

That is the trajectory of a normal deep pass, it is just that Joe Milton is one of the extremely few QBs that can throw a ball with that trajectory that far down the field.
Don't take it so seriously

It was a bad drop. Period. Maybe good that it happened vs uva, to put our receivers on guard. You KNOW that play got shown in the film room for learning purposes.

I'd like to nominate Kadarius Toney (yes, a former Gator) for this next week's Not Top Ten. Pick any of the 4 drops from last night.

The NFL is a show. The Public was all over KC. So Detroit covers the spread & Wins outright-----with a little help from KC. Seen this drama before.

I’m sure there were at least 5 WNBA plays that were worse than that.

In his defense (Toney), but NOT one of those passes were easy.

Yeah he's in the NFL blah blah blah, but he didn't throw one in stride.
