Miracle win doesnt hide the truth

I agree, but there is another side from a coaching standpoint. Personally, I'm all Clausen. Any of them. But, as a head coach you have a top 2nd year recruit who is trying to show why we recruited him. You have a Sr. who in most physical comparisons is the lesser gift. So, a coach goes with what should be your future and get him embedded in the offense and producing. RC was supposed to be EA's mentor in the mental aspect, but EA keeps losing his cool and making bad choices. Plan B as a coach. Bring in the man if you have to and don't blow the season. EA will still get playing time cause you can't crush him. You have to get him back when games allow for him to play. Then he comes back next year and faces Crompton. He better find his game. This game is strange. We lost 2 QB's last year that gave RC his shot.

Chris Hannon also made some big catches tonight.

If there weren't a few dropped passes tonight (two in particular would have been an easy 6 each), this game wouldn't have been close.

The VOLS have character, and finally in that second half, that offense looked good.

I'd love to hear from that LSUFreak dude that was shovelin s**t on here all last week.

That was a great win for you guys. Think it will be on ESPN Classic within the next 5 days?

Ths win was no miracle. This was a hard fought football game. the team that had the bigger heart and better discipline won. No miracles in that.
