The difference between LSU and Mo. is raw talent. LSU actually has some guys on the floor that have raw ability. LSU is undoubtedly the worst coached team in the league. Mo. has very little talent on their squad.

Fact is people have said you should be in the dance by year 2 or 3 at the latest...he may not even make a NIT by year 3.

When will Bruce learn? Putting his kid in a spot that he isn't qualified for is not good for him or his team.

IMO it's a bigger indictment that he's recruiting well and not winning. He can't blame the talent, so that leaves only one thing.

Then why does Barnes catch hell for coaching up a bunch of 3*s while Pearl can't even win with 4 & 5*s???

Year 3 , No tournament. Auburn has a valid reason to fire him. It's pathetic that a coach can't get a team to the tournament by year 3, or the NIT by year 2

True but I would hate to fire a guy that is bringing talent to auburn without giving him every chance to be successful.... I have a lot shorter leash with coaches that can't get it done in recruiting bc that is much harder to gain success.

All that matters is results on the court.... people always seem to make it sound like it's ok to not make the tourney with lower rated guys.... hello it's the coaches job to bring in talent.... that is a huge part of being coach.

all I am saying is that Auburn has been pretty weak since the days of Sonny Smith.........since Charles, Chuck Person and Chris Morris, mid to late 1980's
