Florida was the obvious "zero excuse" game to win. After Arkansas laid an egg against Toledo made them the #2 in my opinion, Mizzu is #3. Matty Ice and Mizzu are pathetic. Vandy will have them on the ropes.

Yes you are correct. If UT can play at their ability no reason why we cant run the table in the East! No one is overly impressive!

...for the coach with the mobile QB and the balls to call it.

Congrats to Missouri for playing big boy football.

Of course a failed 4th and goal is what gave uconn the ability to tie it with a fg

How many times did Mizzou fail to convert on 4th down? 3 or 4?

Edit: Both teams were 1/3 on 4th down.

Why doesnt Missouri have to schedule a power 5 team as an OOC game ? I thought I read somewhere that all SEC teams had to do this now.

I was watching last year when they were "hot garbage" vs both Indiana and Georgia....and then they came into Neyland and beat the ever living horse ish out of Tennessee. I won't be making the mistake, AGAIN, of counting on this coaching staff to find a way to beat Mizzou.....it ain't likely.

We're right above average I think. If OU was at a neutral site I think we get in regulation. Our fans really made it difficult for Sooners

Average to me is 6-6 and if you think that, might as well go play golf and check back next year... maybe.

The defense is above average, and I still feel that being down Maggit now. The offense is currently average but they showed they can be pretty dang awesome. Hopefullly they'll get it together for UF.

I only said they should. However it was a bad matchup last year; them with very good DL and UT bad OL and little O output. Theyve regressed and UT should be a ton better, so saying its no excuse.

Gotcha. Wasn't taking a shot at ya Other, not really arguing either. Just making a comment based on a couple of observations. We SHOULD be a ton better....but they have Pinkel and we have.....butch.

Neither does Ole Miss, Miss St, or Vandy. Check the schedules.

That requirement doesn't begin until 2016.

Oddly enough, though, they do play BYU (currently #19) though in November, who's one of the independents that's an exemption/addendum to the "schedule 1 power 5 conference team" mandate.
