After 7 or 8 years of Extra Innings, I thought I would give MLB.com a try this year @ around $100 for the season.
I LIKE the feature of being able to watch games not only on my computer, but also on my IP. While I haven't tried it yet, there is also a way to pipe them to my TV.
What I DON'T understand about the package is the blackout (home and away of my team Sea Mariners). IF the game is shown on my Fox sports channel, that channel also shows up on the EI channel and on FSN.
I guess FOX doesn't want it on MLB.com because the commercials are blanked out.
A couple of times while out walking, I watched the Yankees on my IP! Amazing and a pretty good picture to boot.
While I'm not sure, it appears that if I were out of the area as reported by the GPS, I would then be able to see the Mariners. If that's true, I will be more than satisfied.
