'24 MO EDGE Kellen Lindstrom (Tennessee)

The buzz: Kellen Lindstrom was back at Oklahoma over the weekend for the spring game in Norman and the Sooners are a strong contender in this race. Michigan has been in the mix. Wisconsin and others too, but Oklahoma and Tennessee are the two I am hearing the most about. Lindstrom was in Knoxville recently and he has scheduled an official visit with the Vols for June. That is the only official visit he has locked in at this time. Heading into the visit to Norman, there was a little more buzz around Tennessee.

Coming out of the visit, the race looks to be as tight as it ever has been. According to one source, “it is tied at the top” between the Sooners and the Vols. Both schools have done an excellent job recruiting the four-star EDGE out of Springfield (Mo.) Glendale. Lindstrom is expecting coaches from each school to stop by to check on him in the coming weeks. He is looking to make a decision before his senior year.

Not sure what Drinkwitz did to piss Heupal off but if I were him I'd apologize...he's beat him down twice and now he's about to take Wingo, McClellan, NWaneri, Redell and Lindstrom right out of his state...

I love it...I hope Heupal starts doing the same thing to Beamer...that dude and his fanbase could use a good ol' Heupal lesson like Drinkwitz got last year

And Drink is actually a competent Xs and Os coach. I think hes like Tom Herman and kids just dont connect with him. Beamer is like Jones. The kids think hes great so far but he hasnt started throwing kids under the bus yet.

Saw a video of Beamer crying about ther OT getting hurt and going to miss beginning of season. Then having a fall on their face type year would be very big. Especially if they are going to be one of our three permanents. Don’t want them to get tangible longterm momentum fuel.

South Carolina is ahead of Tennessee in recruiting for 2024 and have the top rated o lineman and the top rated d lineman for 2025 lined up. As much as I dislike Beamer he is currently outrecruiting us. DC to South Carolina is where he is making hay.

I just clicked the ON3 link and looked at the top Missouri players. None of the projections are listing us with the favorites.

It's insane blockhead is recruiting at that level. They are also locking down the top instate players over Clemson.

a little early to be getting to giddy about butch beamer. They are not signed yet so hang on for a bit before the plunge.

I hope you’re right, but his fence building is working. I’m not saying we can’t tear it down, but if you look at what he’s done from January to now you start to see a pattern. DC to South Carolina. That may be why Tennessee is looking west versus due east.

I’m talking about December to now, specifically DC to South Carolina very high 4* to 5* guys we were in on and lost out to or are losing out to based on predictions.
