Montario Hardesty.....

Run blocking and pass blocking are two very different animals. They've been great with their pass blocking... run blocking has been suspect.
I disagree and think that we are opening up holes as I stated earlier. The RBs are missing the reads. If the RB get better reads, we will see better production. They are good RB IMO but need to have more focus.

Let Foster and Hardesty share touches, and Coker (assuming he can hold onto the ball) can give them an occasional breather.

I didn't get to see the AF game but it wasn't against Cal. They went against 8/9 in the box all day and still had over 200 yards. Minnesota has established their ability to run the ball and while they aren't what they've been in the past, they still know how to run the football. They only managed 109 yards against Cal.

I know the running game is important but if you are playing AF and have a QB hitting every pass he throws... let him throw it. Which seems to be what Cut did.

man, Coker really has some jets on him. If he can get loose in the flats, watch out! Somebody give him some super glue!

Foster hasn't looked 100% to me. Hardesty has great effort but he jukes himself right off of his feet and has missed the holes alot. I applaude his effort and intensity. Don't get me wrong this guy is a real asset but maybe he is trying too much razzle dazzle and needs to get north and south more. I saw a lot of cut backs against AF that ended with him being ran down for minimum gains that he would have gotten hitting the gaps.

Arian is a much more complete back with more experience. Arian is our best bet if his ankle is ready.
