Monty and Inky have been spotted in Ooltewah a couple of hours ago.

A guy that works with me's friend called and said he got to meet them both.

They are recruting Jacques Smith.

I sent him a message on facebook the other day asking him if he had looked at any colleges, didn't mention anything about TN, but just wanted to see what he would say. I used to go to church with him, but i still haven't heard anything from him.....DUDE IS HUGE!

My dad was talking about Jacques the other day. Guy he plays golf with knows the family.

Didn't know Inky was on the recruiting trail! My gosh! I'm so happy for him I could spit! With Monte no less!!!

The guys friend said that Monty was extremely excited about and thinks they got him.

He also said that Inky has lost all use of his right arm.

I just talked to my buddy that goes to TN and used to go to Ooltewah, which is also pretty good friends with Jacques. He said that Kiffin came down last week to visit him and he was on an unofficial visit to Georgia. He said it is between us and Georgia.

I'm more excited that Lane talked Colin Montgomerie into helping us recruit.

Its not everyday you get a future Ryder Cup captain to help...

Isn't Smith a 2010 guy? I think he is.

If that's the case...shouldn't they be using these last few weeks to put on the full court press for any/every 2009 who might even sniff wearing orange?

Locking down the top prospect in the state next year is a pretty big concern IMO.

At this point of the year...it is good to focus lots of attention to next year's class.

This is a very common thing for Lane, Ed, and Paul Gonnella to do...and I think it will pay huge dividends in the long run.

If you read Meat Market you'd see that Orgeron absolutely loves being "the first one in the water" on a lot of recruits.

Sorry! I was just a little excited.

If you guys have nothing else better to do than criticize others about their spelling I feel extremely sorry for you.

In other words, KISS MY A**.

Next time I'll just wait on someone else to report something exciting.

Well, I apologize for my grammatical error. I didn’t realize I was turning this post in to an English teacher for a grade.
You guys can be a real pain in the a**.

Smith was pretty much a lock anyway - Georgia and Richt really made an impression on him after his visit but I think he was on an emotional high like most recruits... but he was at several home games last year and had basically all but committed before Fulmer was fired. He won't pass up the opportunity to play under Kiffin even with Fulmer being let go.

Maybe you should keep your pet peeves to yourself.

I am tired of seeing people get bashed over the smallest offense. And it really pisses me off when it's me.
