More turnovers than field goals - it is the worst offensive team that I can remember. McRae going one on three. Very painful to watch.

Most painful thing is seeing our pathetic fans moan at everything. I'm not happy that we suck, but I don't understand how you guys get so bent out of shape about it. It's still fun watching the games and cheering for the Vols. If you can't find any satisfaction out of that, I would question your fandom.

It is absolutely in no way fun to watch this team play. This is a brutal basketball team to watch. I don't think pointing out the obvious calls into question your "fandom".

They play good defense most of the time. On offense , they look sloppy and unsure of what to run. Few people come to meet passes, they stand where they are and many are cut off at that point. THey seem to not be mildly interested in taking care of the ball. In summary, hard to watch froma hustle and fundamentals POV. I had intended to go tonight, glad now I saved my $$. Very frustrating to watch on TV, may watch a movie next time. CM needs to build a fire under these guys. Line of 8 pts was a gift; game should have been a pic. and I bet it for once. not all bad.

I have officially decided that this team is worse than some if the mid nineties teams. I am still going to games but it is only because I love UT.

Sports talk guy said they work on practice 75% on defense and that Martin doesn't emphasize offense. I believe it. They look awful on offense. They look like they are playing street ball. The sets look awful and spaced terribly. I do not think they could possibly be this bad on offense if they did practice offense. I do not believe that Maymon just makes them a tourney team either.

Also, for a team that works on defense they are not very good at it. Am I the only that has noticed this?

While I'm usually in agreement with you Chris, I don't see it this way. It would be different if they actually were fun to watch but this team, outside of McRae at times, is just tough to watch. Bad fundamentals, lack of effort at times, and just some terrible basketball IQ make watching this team a grind. I am a fan but I don't watch sports to torture myself. I watch sports to be entertained. This team is not entertaining.
