More Republican Shenanigans in Wisconsin

It’s not the same thing, but do you remember when WI Democrats fled to Illinois so they wouldn’t have to deal with Scott Walker?

Or the Harry Reid-led senate that never produced a single budget bill?

Again, not the same thing, but Democrats are hardly holding moral high ground.

Excellent examples👍🏽

It is always fine when it is your Klan.
The question was asked earlier if the Dems. have done something like this. I'm curious about the answer to that question. Knowing the usual suspect, eager to point out "but the Dems", it's odd they haven't provided anything. Not saying it's not happened, just haven't seen anything.

Probably wouldn’t be any outrage, it wouldn’t have been reported.

This whole subverting the will of the people thing coming from someone on the left is comical after the 2016 election. #Resist
Yep, you resisted Hillary and see what that got you. Now you resist the truth.

Hillary is not my president to resist , or yours or anybody’s , the will of the people saw to that .
No sh!t, Hillary isn't the president because of the resistance. Do you not see that? It's not because Trump is such a great person.

You said “SUBVERTING” the will of the people . Voting for one of the other isn’t resistance , it’s called a choice . The outcome of the election is THE WILL OF THE PEOPLE . #RESISTING the elected president because your diaper is wet and you don’t like him , is subverting the will of the people . It’s a simple concept .

Now you're talking. Now you might have to point out how the Dems resisted Trump through legislation.

You can put governor if you want , doesn’t change my original post one bit . Like I said , Liberals screeching about subverting the will of the people is comical .
You screeching that the liberals are the resisters and you don't have a working definition of #resist. You might have to define your working definition of resist. How have the Dems subverted the will of the people. I'll wait.

Your original post asked if red hats or Republicans were ok with subverting the will of the people ...

I take it from all the the beating around the bush you're doing and you're false equivalency to whatever you consider #resist, you're cool with what the Republicans are doing in Wisconsin?

It is strange how you cannot see that it is a double edged sword you are swinging.

Beating around the bush ? Lol . I made one post about how ridiculous that statement sounded coming from a liberal and have had to spend 5 proving to you what a word means and how it applies to your party . To answer the question ... I don’t care what Dems or Republicans do in Wisconsin or NC it doesn’t affect me , I will not gain or lose anything from what they do in that god forsaken cold azz place as I’m not a cheese head . So why should I ?

Didn't know where else to put this.

Apparently WI governors have unlimited line item veto power, they aren't limited to just striking parts of a bill they can rewrite the whole thing, do partial rewrites or whatever they want to do. So the question is why do they even have a legislature if the executive has that much power?

MSN

Wisconsin governors have the most expansive partial veto power in the country because, unlike in other states, they can strike nearly any part of a budget bill. That includes wiping out numbers, punctuation and words in spending bills to sometimes create new law that wasn’t the intention of the Legislature.

No, no, no. Republicans are just Machiavellian. OP said so. Clearly the governor should be able to write his own legislation.
