What team is the most dangerous entering the NCAA tournament in the men's bracket? women's bracket?
Which men's team has the best chance of going all the way? Other than the UConn Ladies, which women's team has the best chance of winning it all? (I'm hoping the Lady Vols can do it!):eek:k:

Several really hot teams right now.

UNC and Butler are two of the hottest in the nation right now. Not NC threats, of course, but they'll surprise a lot of people. Belmont is playing excellently right now, too. Also thought of Utah State, Syracuse, UNLV, etc. None of those will win it all, but they're flying under the radar currently.

If Texas continues to slide, they will enter the tournament as a 3 or 4 seed. I would hate to be in that bracket.

Why? Unless Texas turns it around they won't be going far at all.

My favorite at the moment is Kansas. I think Notre Dame can make a deep run too.

A few teams I'd hate to play at this moment. St. Johns, North Carolina, Florida, Xavier, and Kansas State.

Mid-majors that could make some noise ... George Mason, Utah State, Old Dominion, Belmont, and Harvard. Yes, Harvard.

George Mason is scary good. I still think their FF run was a fluke a few years back, but this team is actually good. I love my Monarchs, but I think we get raped by them if we meet up in the CAA championship game.

Give that team 7 days and a sacrificial 14 or 13 seed to tune up against, and they might get back on track.

Texas is extremely talented and just three weeks ago was playing the best ball in the nation.

I am saying that I would not be excited to be another top 5 seed in their bracket.

That freshman Marshall has UNC looking like a Final Four contender.

That Jewish team that SP plays on is good! Greedy with the ball though!

As a huge Wake basketball fan, I can assure you this is the most painful season I have ever watched. It's agonizing to watch a once proud program (only two years ago) playing the most pathetic basketball of any team in a major conference.

Not what he was referring to

Well, the comparison to both statements: "once proud" and "most pathetic" are indeed a huge stretch from Baylor to Wake.

Baylor played pretty well against Texas last night and beat A&M a few games back. Wake, on the other hand...
