Most Hated Teams - Agree or Disagree?

I have enough hate in my heart for Alabama AND Florida. Oh, and any team Lane Kiffen is coaching. I can't stand that man.

Being in my late 30s, I've said this a million times as well. I started watching Vol football in the early 90s, and shortly after Manning was beating the tar out of Alabama and then not long after that we had "the streak" against them. Florida was the team that we could never seem to beat and Spurrier always rubbed it in. Its a generational thing for me, but I hate Florida even more than Bama.

On a side note kinda strange that Bama hates LSU more than Auburn.

Ohio State, Michigan, Notre Dame, and then Uf & Bama tied. My first 3 won so many undeserved NCs because they made sure they never faced an SEC team.

While I don't agree with everything in the map, and clearly understand the hatred among the North Carolina schools, I think the premise of the map was based on hating a team "outside of the listed state". That said... I would still think some other schools would likely be ahead of UVA.

I think back in the early 2000’s it would’ve been Maryland. At least from a Duke perspective.

I base my hatred on opposing fan base behavior. It’s been Bama for a while but Georgia has recently eclipsed them and after last year’s nonsense at USCjr, they are now on the radar.

Yep, that one is weird South Carolina hardly ever plays Alabama. I know some SC fans they hate Clemson Florida & Tennessee. I not sure if Bama would be in their top 10. Wonder who come up with this and Clemson fans #1 would be Florida State, then South Carolina & North Carolina. Clemson has very little history with Alabama. Person came up with this must be 18 years old.

If you need to ask this question, then you have not been a college football fan very long. They have lorded over the rest of the college sports scene for longer than I have been alive. First it was the written word, then the radio, then the early TV shows. Dislike giving them credit, but until ESPN you heard about it every time ND farted. My father-in law live within 20 miles of the "hollowed ground" for 10-15 years back in the late 60-70's. My wife and I were up there in that god forsaken place once.. Never even tried to slow down when passing "the place".

Bama is #1 for me by default and DNA, but a very close second is Kentucky. I despise that school and their fan base. There is nothing worse than a Kentucky fan and their delusions each and every year in football and their bipolar tendencies to immediately hand wave everything with “but Basketball!”. Their fans are rude, obnoxious, and act that way in real life - I can spot the Kentucky fans and grads a mile away. And don’t get me started about basketball season…

In other words, I really hate Kentucky. Maybe I need to put them #1 now that I put my feelings in black and white.

Thought this was an interesting perspective of sports teams. I completely understand TN, KY, and FL... but why would SC have such a big hatred of AL?
