I have the utmost respect for you BPV but I must correct the line (I have watched that movie scores of times)

To hell with them fellas. Buzzards gotta eat <spit on the guy's forehead> same as worms
good work. I knew someone would fix it. Now here's another from the flick:

"Shut up, 'laj"

I feel ashamed you caught that and I didn't Vader. That movie is for sure in my top 10 favorites. Need to pull that DVD out and watch it, been too long evidently.
Definitely in my top ten. I would say it is my favorite western ever.

:) Since we have been discussing this I have had the song "Rose of Alabama" stuck in my head.

That right there is a pretty good list. I've never watched Driving Miss Daisy all the way through, so I can't say anything about that one, but the others are spot on. Blacksheep and Tommy Boy - great choices there.

If I am channel surfing, it is generally the "mindless" flicks that I cannot turn off.
Wierd Science
Meet the Parents
School of Rock
There is Something About Mary
O Brother Where Art Thou
Fletch and Fletch Lives
Zoolander
Anchorman
Happy Gilmore and Billy Madison
Better Off Dead (probably number one on the can't turn list)
48 hours
Coming to America

So you're flipping through the channels, what movies do you stop on no matter how much of it you've missed or how many times you've seen it?

The Shawshank Redemption
Fight Club
Goonies
Reservoir Dogs
Dusk Till Dawn
Pulp Fiction
Back to the Future

That's a good list.

I'll add The Karate Kid and Bloodsport.
