Kingsman was good besides Sam Jackson's character. He was horribly written and SJ couldn't do a lisp right.
Haha, I can see why people wouldn't like the direction the film took but I liked it. I really enjoyed the characters you speak of. Also, the chick is Yolandi Visser. They both should have been in the video you speak of, they have a ton of them. I don't know which video you're talking about but the criminal couple that starred in the film is "Die Antwoord" the South African rap duo. If you've seen their videos then you know their onscreen performance in Chappie was rather mild. You can't tell me you didn't enjoy it when Chappie learns to be a gansta. Haha, I was rolling.I overlooked his idiotic character for the most part. I actually caught him breaking his lisp a couple times in the film.
Chappie - 3/10
What a disappointment this film was! They advertised it as this action packed, futuristic, robot film with Hugh Jackman in it. A quarter of the way through it I was thinking this will eventually get going. It actually got dumber as it went on. Apparently the producers expected you to pull for the ugliest, criminal characters they could find on planet earth. I swear someone posted a horrible rap video in the Movies/Music forum with this chic in it that actually starred in this film.
The only positive aspect of this film was how spectacular and realistic they made the robot look and move. This movie had so much potential to be awesome and they absolutely ruined it.

Jurassic Park - 4/5
Getting ready to hopefully go see Jurassic World tomorrow. I thought I would revisit the originals and see them for the first time on Blu-ray.
Its still as fun watching this as seeing it the first time as a kid. Although maybe fun isn't the right word as it kinda freaked me out as a kid.
The only thing I noticed on Blu-ray is some of the CGI doesn't hold up as well. The scene that I noticed it the most was when we first see the Brontosaurus shortly before the famous "Welcome to Jurassic Park!" line.
I actually enjoyed some of the Blu-ray Special Features better than the film. Particularly a fairly long several part featurette on the making of the film with new interviews from cast & crew. One interesting surprise was that I didn't know that the featured actor in HBO's The Pacific was the same guy who played "Tim"!
A 5 point scale? Get the **** out!
I use the same scoring system that I use on Letterboxd.com. They use a 5-Star system. Check it out its a really fun site if your into movies!
The Lost World: Jurassic Park - 3.5/5
Jurassic Park III - 3.5/5
Now I'm ready to see Jurassic World!
